U.S. State Department digitally updated Osama bin Laden

Still uncertain on his whereabouts and having no official photo of his current image, the U.S. State Department digitally altered their 1998 file photo of al-Qaida leader Osama bin Laden to update the possible changes in facial hair and a "decade of age".

$25 Million Reward is still on his head for his connections to the September 11, 2001 attacks on the World Trade Center and the Pentagon and for the August 7, 1998 bombings of the United States Embassies in Dar es Salaam, Tanzania and Nairobi, Kenya.
