72 Year-Old Kathryn Winkfein Tasered By Police (Video)
Is the action necessary?
A 72 year-old woman (grandmother) named Kathryn Winkfein who has a speeding violation was pulled over by a police officer, Chris Bieze. It is started just a ordinary routine but it ended very nasty.
The two had short argument after the old lady refused to sign the speeding ticket.
Is it an excessive abuse of power by the Police or he just followed everything by the book?

"Take me to jail, come on, take me to jail. I'm a 72 year old woman", then the great grandmother gets out of the truck. The 72 year old woman then states "Give me the ******* thing, I'll sign it.", and that is when the traffic officer explodes, and shoves the elderly lady. -examinerIt seems the police officer becomes excessive on his action against the poor old lady. Aside from shoving, the officer tasered the 72 year-old woman.
