Even though your very irritated when your child misbehaves especially when he/she breaks something at a store... Whatever the reason don't ever do this....
37 year-old Melissa Catherine Smith-Means from Alabama was arrested by the police and was charged with felony first-degree cruelty to children.
Melissa dragged her child while attached to a leash at a Verizon Wireless store. The child had visible marks on the neck from the incident.
Remember, he is just a kid........
