Elementary School made "Scarface" Play (Video)

“Say hello to my little friend”

Scarface is one of the best gangster film starring Al Pacino as Tony Montana and now it became more controversial after a video went online and it is said to be a "elementary school play".

The kid who plays Tony Montana gave a great performance especially his vulgar expression. The F-bomb was replaced with less vulgar word "fudge". BTW, the cocaine on Tony’s table was replaced with popcorn.

This alleged "school play" created different reactions from parents and other concern individuals.

The drama play is cute and funny but still kids playing the gangster life is a little bit disturbing.


New UPDATE: According to TMZ, "It is not a actual school play. It is the work of director Marc Klasfeld and Rockhard Films who did the videos for Lady Gaga's "Pokerface" and Adam Lambert's "For Your Entertainment." It was produced in L.A. within the last few weeks and the audience members were a mix of cast family members, colleagues and friends."

GMA & Sexbomb Girls “Bilog na Hugis Itlog" - 2010 Automated Election (teaching Filipinos how to vote)

GMA Network has created a great strategy to educate the Filipino voters for the first automated Philippine national election next year.

The network tapped the services of the all-girl group Sexbomb Girls to sing the instructional jingle “Bilog na Hugis Itlog" which is a catchy tune and easy to understand.

A music video was presented to the Commission on Elections (Comelec) and the commissioners expressed favorable satisfaction and enjoyment.

“Bilog na Hugis Itlog" is not just about how to vote in automated election. It is also teach and encourages voters to choose a candidate who will serve the country well and be vigilant.

“Never judge a book by its cover!”

Following the footsteps of past winner Paul Potts, “Britain’s Got Talent” got another singing sensation in the name of Susan Boyle.

A 48 year-old housewife who walk the stage with confidence even though many makes fun with her appearance but when Boyle opens her mouth and sings a astonishing performance of “I Dreamed a Dream” from Les Miserables, the crowd roar and a standing ovation was given to her.

The greatest part of show are the reactions of judges who were stun, shocked and amazed with Boyle's performance. Special mention to Simon Cowell's reaction.

American Idol's 13th voting line will connect you to a phone sex line

Last week, many are surprise on the added twist on the American Idol making the usual top 12 contestant to top 13. Anoop Desai got the final spot but the surprise doesn't end there.

American Idol is in a Dialing Disaster after the designated number for the no. 13 contestants end up in a reaching a phone sex line. Voting line 1-866-IDOLS-13 will connect you to a phone sex company.

American Idol only owns twelve numbers originally designated to them (1-866-IDOLS-01 through 1-866-IDOLS-12).

It seems having a 13th contestant hasn't been considered in last past season.

Surely, AI staffs are now busy fixing this problem.

Shaquille O'Neal's dance moves with Jabbawockeez in 2009 NBA's All-Star Phoenix

Watching this year's NBA All-star game in Phoenix, Shaquille O'Neal made a great impression on and off the court. Shaq scored 17 pts, 5 reb. and 3 assist as the west won in a one sided game, West 146 - East 119.

Aside being named 2009 NBA's All-Star co-MVP with Kobe Bryant, 36 years-old Shaq gave some nice moves off the court in the All-Star pre-intro as he came out wearing a mask and do a dance performance with Jabbawockeez.

Miss Piggy Lost Weight?

I was reading some news around the net when this interesting and funny poll came up. PEOPLE is having a poll about the superstar mascot Miss Piggy and new weight.

The site compared a photo of Miss Piggy 13 years ago on her appearance in "The Tonight Show with Jay Leno" and comparing it to the new photo of her guesting on The View, Feb. 12, 2009 (promotes new book, The Diva Code: Miss Piggy on Life, Love, and the 10,000 Idiotic Things (Men) Frogs Do).

It seems that she really lost weight. Maybe Jessica Simpson who is now being criticize with her heavy fuller figure can takes some pointers from Miss Piggy about diet. LoL!!

"Twilight" fans doesn't believe that ABS-CBN can do a tasteful TV adaptation

Many fans of the hit Stephenie Meyer's novel and film "Twilight" are outrage and angry commenting online about the Twilight's Philippine TV adaptation of ABS-CBN.

They releases this news on their ABS-CBN's official website but suddenly after few days they step backwards and they announced that there is no truth about the said TV project.

What is clear here are it is not a good idea for ABS-CBN of thinking of buying the rights to create a local version of the "Twilight" film. Fanatics or not with those unpleasant comments, they doesn't believe on the capabilities of ABS-CBN to delivers a tasteful TV remake.

Next time, ABS-CBN must be careful in such false publicity on their official website.
